Make this New Year one to remember, by scaling the highest free standing mountain in the world - at 5,896 m!

After the hectic Christmas period and full to the brim with plenty of good food, drink and company, it's refreshing to take a step into an unknown and remote setting and achieve something AMAZING. Macmillan Cancer Support has been a part of my life now for the last 27 years and I am sure they will be for the rest of my life in some capacity.

I'm Phil Minns, fundraiser and volunteer ambassador for Macmillan.

Luckily, our resident mechanic and DA leader Chris is on hand to help. So whether it's London to Paris or through the dirt tracks of Zambia to Victoria Falls that you've got on the horizon, watch this first!

'On yer bike!'

The world of cycling is more popular today than it has ever been before. Governments are getting wise to the benefits of having more bikes on the road, so the implementation of new cycle lanes, 'cycle friendly' cities and cycle to work schemes are making it easier than ever to get on the saddle.

Whether you have never cycled before or you’re a seasoned veteran whose bike in the shed acts more like an old clotheshorse, check out this blog to find out why now is the best time to get out on the road!
