What an incredible journey this was, from the short climbs, on a very wet start in Cornwall, to the emotional finish through Scotland's deserted windy highlands. With storm Alex arriving on day 3 (obviously blowing in from the North!), days of constant rain and emotional meltdowns to rival any DA trip! Ongoing logistical challenges in the form of another lockdown chasing our tail - just to add to the excitement!

DA Leader Huw is back with another blog to answer one of our most asked questions. Now seems to be the perfect time to answer it! 

During lockdown, we were thrilled to be able to keep in touch with our DA Family online. We talked on our Facebook page daily, we reminisced and shared pictures. People told us their stories, and one of those standout stories was when Victoria told us about how she met her soon-to-be Husband on our Everest Base Camp trip back in 2018.

Hi everyone, my name is Huw Rogers and I am a Discover Adventure Leader, a role which I have been lucky enough to perform for six years. I am a qualified Mountain Leader, a Mountain Bike Guide and a proud member of Brecon Mountain Rescue Team for 16 years. I have led trips in both in the UK and overseas and love working to support people achieve their goals.
